To ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable time, we require all participants to sign a safety waiver. As you approach the date you have selected you will receive an email with a safety wavier to sign for you and your group.

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, there are inherent risks involved in participating in an event of this nature. The waiver ensures that you are aware of these risks.
  2. Medical Considerations: Certain medical conditions may be aggravated by the show’s elements, such as loud noises, flashing lights, and sudden scares. The waiver helps us confirm that you do not have any medical conditions that would make participation unsafe for you.

WARNING

This haunted magic show is intended for audiences AGES 13 and up due to intense scares, special effects, and mature themes. Individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, or other serious health issues should avoid attending, as the performance includes strobe lights, loud noises, and sudden scares. Pregnant women are also advised against attending due to the potential for high stress and unexpected frights.

In case of an emergency, follow the staff’s instructions to evacuate calmly and promptly. Do not touch the performers or any props, as some effects are interactive but it is important to remain in your designated area.

Flash photography is prohibited as it can be disruptive and potentially dangerous. Weapons of any kind are not allowed in the theater, and to maintain a safe and clean environment, no outside food or drinks are permitted. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior towards the performers or other audience members will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the premises. The location is a smoke-free environment; smoking or vaping inside is prohibited.
